As the first woman, scientist and youngest member endorsed by Scouts ​Mexico for this role, I embody the spirit of innovation and the power

of youth.

I’ve enjoyed the programme as a youth member, participated in various ​Regional and World events and have played a full and active role in the ​leadership of Asociación de Scouts de México as an adult volunteer during a ​time of significant transformation to deliver on our strategy.

I believe deeply in the unifying power of purpose driven communities.

Together, we can ensure Scouting remains a relevant ​space for young people to become active citizens and ​leaders. I will dedicate all my personal efforts to the ​World Scout Committee, fostering a vibrant, inclusive, and ​impactful Movement for generations to come.

Scouting has shaped my resilience and ability ​to connect with others.

It has expanded my comfort zones, teaching adaptability, ​problem-solving, and collaboration, fostering a supportive ​network for continuous learning and self-improvement. I ​aim to promote inclusion, support, risk-taking, and learning ​from failures within my teams, building strong connections, ​promoting mentorship, and supporting collective resilience ​and growth.

I am committed to supporting WOSM’s next Strategy to the ​best of my abilities and turning it into reality. I believe a ​forward-thinking committee is capable of preparing us to ​meet future challenges. Scouting is a connecting path across ​backgrounds, generations, and cultures, impacting millions of ​young people and adults.
